  The only AT&T I will go to if I'm in the Escondido area. Respectable staff and everything is done in a timely manner. Many other AT&T's have to go to this store. It's the main one for Escondido. Sal and Jaime are the best! They are friendly and helpful!

  If I can rate it zero stars I would. They have horrible customer service. I went in a month ago to pay my bill. No one greeted me, no one asked if I needed any help, they were just there on their phones. I approached a girl employee & asked if I can pay my bill & she was very rude. Yesterday I went in to pay my bill once again, there were two male employees, on their devices. It was the same attitude I got from one of the employees( the bald one)! So I ask my self how these people got the job??? I highly recommend going to the AT&T on auto parkway, they do know the true meaning of good customer service.
