  This was my 1st time out to the Escondido store & it's only because I found out the manager was Marcell I knew immediately he'd be able to help me he used to work at the Encinitas store & was always more than helpful when we needed help, we just spent over 3 hours at sprint because of my own bs & dumb issues with assurian the insurance co sprint uses he never got visibly irritated he has a great personality & always goes above & beyond to help I totally appreciate that in an employee & a manager & I would much rather deal with a go getter than someone who's too lazy to even try & just brushes you off. Marcell made an annoying situation all better in the end. Thank you
