  The first minute a customer walks in they are subconsciously generating impressions of overall service. In the couple minutes I was there I was not greeted, when I went to ask a question everyone stalled. There was two employees behind the desks in the back, why didn't they care to help me? The only person who tried to help me was ALREADY HELPING ANOTHER CUSTOMER. Of course my inquiry wasn't at the top of my priorities, but he answerd my question two times with the same answer, "yeah but it's in the back." The effort wasn't there at all on anyone's part, and the leadership today was non-existent. Seriously you guys?? No excuses.
