  Horrible!!!!!!! product is never stocked Staff is RUDE and unapologetic. I waited 15-20min to ask an employee if they had a certain item in stock. I was passed by several times buy two employees who were to busy talking to each other. so I left and went to Ulta where I had a great experience. This not my first horrible experience at the Escondido store this is a constant occurrence. Either retrain your employees or get rid of them !

  Came in for a few things and was assisted almost immediately upon entering the store. It was clean and organized and everyone was very helpful. Not sure what all of these negative reviews are about but I had a much better experience here than the sephora stores in the other local malls.
