  Cashiers cannot keep track of what items they have scanned and what items that have not. This has happened twice to us by two different cashiers. Watch out or you'll get double charged!

  I have been reluctant to write anything about this store, and continued to visit it in the hope that the experience there would improve. But, after a couple years of coming to this location, the service hasn't changed, and it's definitely not the best H&M to visit. The customer service is absolutely terrible, from homophobic managers to impatient and rude employees. Just shop online kids.
