  Used to like this place. Customer service went downhill. Attempted to return a few items that my daughter took the tags off and they wouldn't take it back. Too lazy to figure out what was what on the receipt or even grab one of the shelf to scan. Lost a customer who has spent thousands with them.

  I looked online prior to coming to the store. I looked at a couple of thing I liked , as well as prices. When I went to the store they were more expensive and i told her " I thought these were 7.98 as well? She responded in a rude voice saying " no it's only jeans that are for that price not jeggings. Jeggings are more expensive. You are technically getting a 50 percent off. "She made me feel stupid as if I was desperate to get a better deal. When I got home their website clearly stated that online and in store had same sales. Sure enough I wasted my time because jeggins were indeed on sale! I should off taken over her position she clearly is not keeping up with the store. As far as quality I really love the jeggings for girls they are super durable,soft and can get them for good price when on sale. Shirts and leggings are ok, sweater material quality not a fan but overall they have good stuff here and there.
