  Frustrating and not service oriented as claimed. The two hour window the day of is completely impractical for people who work and then cancel last minute two separate times is truly unacceptable. Even cable companies do a better job. We purchased a microwave there which is defective but under warranty so getting the part is difficult and the technician came out the first time and said he fixed it which he didn’t. He said if this didn’t fix it he would order the part and would tell the technician and it would be in the notes. It worked for a day so we called and scheduled a follow up. I told the scheduler what they said and they scheduled an appointment in a few days. With there two hour window the day of you have to take off from work, only to be called 30 minutes before and told that it needed a part and would have to order it. Duh. So you schedule for the 26th and I get a call this am being told a lot of the technicians called in sick today and can’t do it and would need to reschedule. Imagine that. If it wasn’t an incert microwave I would just return it and get it from some me place else. I doubt when they replace the switch it will solve the problem.
